RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively reach out to prospective customers through outbound calls to introduce and promote State Farm insurance products and services.
- Accurately identify and qualify potential leads by gathering essential customer information to support our agents.
- Continuously update your knowledge of State Farm’s diverse insurance products and services to provide informed responses.
- Follow up on marketing-generated or referral leads to schedule appointments and drive engagement.
- Serve as the first point of contact by delivering clear, helpful information and addressing initial customer inquiries about insurance options.
- Maintain meticulous records of prospect interactions and update the CRM database to ensure accurate tracking.
- Adhere strictly to State Farm’s communication guidelines and compliance standards in all customer interactions.
- Generate regular performance reports detailing call volumes, lead conversion, and appointment setting outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, ideally within the insurance industry.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills, complemented by proficiency with CRM tools.
- A foundational understanding of insurance products or a strong eagerness to learn quickly.
- Resilience and a positive attitude when facing rejection, maintaining motivation to achieve goals.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads efficiently.
- Professionalism and courtesy in all telephone communications.
- A results-driven mindset, committed to contributing to the agency’s ongoing success.
Compensación: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
